Tides Marine Custom Parts Policy

When ordering a non-standard part through Tides Marine, you as the customer are responsible for the cost of the part that you ordered unless you cancel the order within 12 hours of the time of placing your order.

Once the initial 12 hours have passed, you will be charged for the part unless production of that part has not been started. Please call Tides Marine and speak with your salesperson to find out if the part has been sent to the production floor.

SAILTRACK is exempt from this Policy. You will be charged a 15% RESTOCKING Fee on any SailTrack that is returned.
